Heavily soiled carpets require specialty pre-treatments, and Prochem Kärcher Group’s line of Ultrapac professional carpet and rug pre-sprays won’t let you down! Used as the gold-standard in the industry and a cleaning benchmark by carpet manufacturers, the Ultrapac line of pre-sprays is the number one choice for professional carpet and rug cleaning. Ultrapac’s powerful blend of industrial-grade surfactants, detergents, and premium-grade solvents break down grease and oily soils to create maximum soil suspension, and a pH under 10 so it is strong enough for commercial cleaning, yet meets specifications to preserve the stain-resistance warranty of residential 5th generation carpet. And, the Ultrapac line is concentrated and economical, 1 gallon makes up to 33 gallons diluted pre-spray!

For a dynamic dirt-busting combination, boost your Ultrapac with Prochem Kärcher Group’s Citrus Pro, and extract with one of Prochem Kärcher Group’s premium alkaline or acidic extraction rinses such as Liquid Slurry, Dry Slurry, or All Fiber Rinse.

When the carpet cleaning industry first became interested in levels of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Prochem introduced Ultrapac Pre-Treat with LVC. Ultrapac Pre-Treat with LVC was one of the first low-VOC pre-sprays in the industry. LVC stands for “Low Volatile Compounds” and was an early term for “Low VOC.”  In addition to its very low-VOC formula, Ultrapac Pre-Treat with LVC has no added fragrance. The mild detergent odor will dissipate within a few minutes of use. Ideal for use in residential and commercial properties where fragrance-free products are preferred.
